Craig Grave
Director of Maintenance
Craig Grave, our Director of Maintenance, leads our team in ensuring that our helicopters meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations for maintenance using cutting-edge tools and highly skilled engineering staff. He stays at the forefront of technological advances and sets new benchmarks in safety and customer service. With a lifetime devoted to Commercial and General Aviation Maintenance and extensive flying experience, Craig graduated top of his class with an Applied Science Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology. He holds a valid A&P license, is an accomplished Commercial Multi-Engine Aircraft and helicopter pilot and has a single-pilot type rating for Citation Jets. Craig is also the CEO and President of Aircraft Inspection and Management LLC (AIM), which has served the aviation industry since 2005. His deep understanding of customer needs is the foundation of AIM’s continued success.
Layton Howell
Chief Pilot
Meet Layton Howell, our highly experienced Chief Pilot with over a decade of experience in flying helicopters. Layton’s expertise spans across various roles both internationally and locally – including contracting for the U.S. military. With his extensive training and skillset, Layton is well-equipped to handle challenging conditions such as low-level wire environments and hot, mountainous areas. His ability to fly personnel and manage high gross weights is unmatched, making him an invaluable member of our team. Layton also holds an associate degree in industrial technology.
